CBD Intact Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange of another item of equal or less price. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within _30_ days of the purchase date. All returned items must be accompanied with written information as to why you are returning the item with contact information for follow-up before store credit or exchange will occur.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form if provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, we will be responsible for return shipping charges up to $10. Anything above $10 will be the customer's responsibility

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a store credit or exchange.

Please note:

  • An additional fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $10
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
